A high definition reproduction of the advertising poster "Bal au Moulin Rouge - Place Blanche " by the French poster artist Jules Cheret.

The Moulin Rouge was and is one of the most famous Parisian cabarets - founded in 1889 by Joseph Oller and Charles Zidler. The Moulin Rouge located at the top of the building was intended to be visible from the main Parisian boulevards. This place will subsequently become a major entertainment venue thanks to the numerous shows, numerous female icons (Minstinguett among others) with lively dances (like the French Cancan) and alcohol in abundance (notably Champagne).
