General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) - Poster Vintage Company:

1. Subject: These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of posters by the company Poster Vintage. By placing an order on our site or by making a purchase from Poster Vintage, you fully and unreservedly accept the T&Cs set out below.

2. Products: The posters offered by Poster Vintage are reproductions of old posters and vintage designs. The images shown on the website are faithful representations of the products, however, minor variations in color may occur due to differences in display and the restoration that is made.

3. Price and Payment: The prices of the posters are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Payment is due in full when the order is placed. The methods of payment accepted are those indicated on the Poster Vintage website.

4. Order: The order is considered final as soon as payment is confirmed. An order confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer. Poster Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of non-payment, out of stock, technical problem or suspicion of fraud.

5. Delivery: The posters will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination. Poster Vintage will do its best to deliver the products within the times indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unused, to be eligible for refund.

7. Complaints: In the event of a complaint concerning the quality of the product or any other problem related to the order, the customer is invited to contact Poster Vintage's customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights relating to the posters, including copyrights, belong to Poster Vintage or its suppliers. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of the posters is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality: The personal data collected as part of the order is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the order. Poster Vintage is committed to respecting the confidentiality and protection of customer data in accordance with its privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction: These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will be competent.

By placing an order with Poster Vintage, you acknowledge having read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions may be updated without notice, so it is advisable to consult them regularly on our website.
